A professional mobile bike servicing program that comes to your workplace. Two certified mechanics. Up to 20 bikes per morning. Flat-rate pricing with full ESG reporting.
Tune-Up Tuesdays is a flat-rate workplace bike servicing program. We arrive with a fully self-contained mobile workshop — two mechanics, all tools, all parts in stock.
Employees drop off their bikes before starting work and collect them at the end of the morning. No disruption. No commuting to a bike shop. No waiting weeks for a booking.
One morning session covers up to 20 bikes with professional tune-ups, safety checks, and a written condition report for every bike serviced.
Mechanic 1 — Lead Technician handles all service work in the dedicated workshop zone. Full tune-ups, brake bleeds, gear adjustments, safety inspections, and written rider reports.
Mechanic 2 — Cycling Advocate operates a concourse presence throughout the session — answering questions, distributing Active Transport materials, and registering interest from non-cyclists.
Both mechanics are certified, uniformed, and briefed on your building's Active Transport credentials. They don't just service bikes — they actively promote your ESG and wellbeing programs.
Tune-Up Tuesdays directly supports Active Transport initiatives and aligns with the sustainability credentials your building holds or is working toward.
Outside of scheduled workplace sessions, employees can book a personal mobile service directly — we come to their home or apartment. Same mechanics, same quality.
We'll get back to you within one business day with a tailored proposal. No obligation, no pressure — just a straight conversation about whether the program is a fit.
Already run an Active Transport program? Tell us in your message and we'll build the session format around your existing credentials.
